Looking for adult wyngro that know fire magic!

it's been in my head since i made original bluebell, mostly know as berry that bluebell will get urn scars on her tail
im thinking that they are playing tag as a joke, and bluebell accidentally smacks them as she's running.
 The childish/ignorant-ish wyngro subconsciously summons a fire and grabs bluebell's tail as to win the game of tag.
the fire goes out when they hear bluebell's screams

it doesn't have to go like that,but it's something rough and it's a draft. 
now getting to the point of specifications

-can be any gender
-can be any form, but biped is preferred
-must know at minimum basic fire magic
-childish/ignorant-ish is the main personalty im looking for, but any wyngro that knows fire magic will do and we an edit the story to fit it
- bluebell will get a large scar in the end, if you don't want your character to be responsible for such a thing,this is just so you know
- no one else will be harmed unless you wish for your character to also get injured and we can work it out
